General Provisions

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "cxbet", "platform" or "service" refers to the website https://cxbetapp.cam and its associated mobile applications and services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform.

1.2 Applicability

Account Registration

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be suspended immediately and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

cxbet may request identity and information verification from a user at any time. Until this verification process is completed, withdrawals or other features may be temporarily disabled.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on cxbet is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposit transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 10–45 minutes to process. Funds will be sent to the mobile banking number from which the deposit was originally made.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

The user bears full responsibility for sending funds to an incorrect account or mobile banking number. The platform will try to assist in correcting such errors but cannot guarantee it.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The cxbet welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus after claiming it, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000 → wagering ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Terms for Other Bonuses

Each bonus offer has its own separate terms and these must be read carefully before claiming a bonus. While one bonus is active, it is generally not possible to claim another bonus at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, providing false information or employing any other dishonest method to gain bonus benefits will result in the immediate cancellation of the relevant account and bonus.

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet will only be considered valid when the system successfully confirms it and the user's account has a sufficient balance. For bets that are not completed due to network issues or technical errors, the user's balance will be refunded.

5.2 Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's account, unless separate rules have been set for that specific event.

5.3 Odds Changes

A bet will be accepted at the odds displayed before the bet was placed. Any subsequent change in odds will not apply to bets already placed.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

If there is suspicion of involvement in match-fixing or manipulation, cxbet reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and investigate the account.

Security & Privacy

6.1 Data Storage

6.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

User data is not shared with any third party except where legally required. Data may be used for internal analysis necessary to ensure security.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cxbet:

• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using someone else's account.
• Operating the platform using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent conduct or providing false information to cxbet staff.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Account Suspension

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

cxbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If a self-exclusion request is accepted at the user's own request.

8.2 Right to Appeal
